Reason I choose auto: Keep in mind than I can drive stick just fine if needed, but with the stop and go traffic of my school's parking lot, no need for that extra stress.

Gross, way too many aftermarket chrome pieces. Looks like Autozone took a shit on it.

Oh, and one parking lot isn't really a valid reason to opt out of driving manual. Unless it's the size of Texas, you'll live.

That's enough to make you choose auto? Stop and go traffic? In a school parking lot? Have you considered leaving 15 minutes earlier?

Yeeeah I should've put back on the $10,000 flame suit for the auto comment.

There are several stick shift cars at school that do just fine. Ok, manuél is a consideration yet again.

EDIT: My dad denied the manuél. He said it's fun in the beginning to learn but gets old really fast. Fair enough.

How much stop and go traffic can a parking lot possibly have? Are you scared of stalling out infront of everyone or something?

There are many crazy reckless drivers as well. They scare me most.

I don't think any of those reasons should deter you from buying a manual. Unless you live in a metropolitan area that is frequently congested, I'd say manual should be no problem.
